1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
The item was damaged, faulty, or not as described upon delivery.
A return request is made within 7 days of receipt.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
Used or installed products
Products without original packaging or missing components
Custom or bulk orders (20 units or more), unless faulty
Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
3. Return Process

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos of the issue.
If approved, we’ll provide a return address or schedule a pickup (Lagos only).
Upon inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
If the return is due to an error on our part, AKK ENERGY will cover the return shipping.
5. Replacement Option
Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and inspection results.
