1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria, including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and other major cities. For bulk and wholesale orders, we also arrange delivery to neighboring West African countries upon request.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted logistics providers and freight companies to offer:

Standard delivery for smaller items

Pallet and bulk freight for large orders

Same-day delivery in Lagos (available on select items)

Pickup from our Lagos warehouse (on appointment)

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional lead time (up to 7–14 days depending on stock availability).

4. Delivery Time

Lagos: 1–3 business days

Other states in Nigeria: 3–7 business days

West Africa (cross-border): Delivery time will be estimated during order confirmation

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight/volume of items, and delivery method.

Bulk order customers may qualify for discounted or free shipping (based on order size).

Any applicable customs or duties for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS (where applicable). You can also contact our support team for delivery status.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt:

Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours to [email protected].

Include photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
